500 grams corn kernels
4 cloves garlic
1 onion, finely chopped
75 grams butter
1 tablespoon epazote, chopped
1 1/2 liters chicken bullion
250 milliliters whipping cream
walnuts, ground for garnish

In a pot over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the garlic, onion, and corn for 2-3 minutes.
Add the chicken broth and the epazote and let the corn cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes or until the corn is tender.
Remove from heat and stir in the cream.
In small batches, blend the soup thoroughly and return it to the pot. Season with salt and pepper and heat before serving.
