1 cup FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
45 grams butter
1/4 onions, chopped
1/2 carrots, finely chopped
1 stem celery, finely chopped
500 grams huitlacoche
1 cup chicken broth
salt
pepper

In a pot, melt the butter and add the onion, celery, and carrot. Stir occasionally until they are soft.
Add the huitlacoche and let it fry a little.
Cover with chicken broth and let it boil for 2 minutes.
Blend this mixture, add the yoghurt, and blend again.
Return to the pot and season with a little salt and pepper.
