Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%
  • 45 grams of Butter
  • 1/4 of onion chopped
  • 1/2 carrot finely chopped
  • 1 stem of celery finely chopped
  • 500 grams of huitlacoche corn mushroom
  • 1 Cup of chicken soup
  • Salt
  • black pepper

    Preparation

    In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the onion, celery and carrot. Move occasionally until they are soft.
    Add the huitlacoche and let it cool a little.
    Cover with the chicken broth and let boil for 2 minutes.
    Blend this mixture, add the Yoghurt and re-liquefy.
    Return to the pot and season with a little salt and pepper.
