Asparagus and onion cream

  • Slice the onion and sauté it in olive oil over medium heat.
  • Blend the onion with the Hérdez asparagus cream and the fresh cream.
  • In a saucepan, add the butter and before it browns, pour in the evaporated milk diluted in a little water and cook on low heat for 5 minutes until it thickens.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
