Ingredients

  • 1 can cream, Hérdez® asparagus
  • 1 onion
  • 50 grams butter
  • 1/2 cups cream
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • parsley, chopped to taste
  • Water, necessary amount
  • grated parmesan cheese, to taste

Preparation

The onion is sliced ​​and fry in olive oil over medium heat.
Blend the onion with the Herdez cream of asparagus and the fresh cream.
In a saucepan add the butter and before it browns, drain the evaporated milk diluted in a little water and cook over low heat for 5 minutes until it thickens.
Season to taste and serve hot.

PRESENTATION

Serve hot and enjoy slices of baked bread in the oven and sprinkle with a little Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. If you want the thickest cream, do not dilute the evaporated milk.
