500 grams asparagus, green
1/2 onions, chopped
50 grams butter
1/2 liters chicken broth
1 cup FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
walnuts, chopped, for garnish

Cut the asparagus into 1-centimeter slices.
In the pot where the soup will be cooked, melt the butter and sauté the onion, add the asparagus, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the chicken broth and cover for 15 to 20 minutes or until the asparagus is tender.
In the blender, add the FAGE Total 0% Greek Yogurt and the soup, blend and return to the pot.
Serve and garnish with the walnuts.
