Asparagus and Yogurt Cream

  • 500 grams asparagus, green
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 50 grams butter
  • 1/2 liters chicken broth
  • 1 cup FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
  • walnuts, chopped, for garnish

  • Cut the asparagus into 1-centimeter slices.
  • In the pot where the soup will be cooked, melt the butter and sauté the onion, add the asparagus, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the chicken broth and cover for 15 to 20 minutes or until the asparagus is tender.
  • In the blender, add the FAGE Total 0% Greek Yogurt and the soup, blend and return to the pot.
  • Serve and garnish with the walnuts.
