A very tasty way to start a meal or dinner is with a warm and delicious asparagus cream. Its creamy flavor and texture will make you the star of the occasion. Prepare it and surprise everyone.
1 bunch asparagus, cleaned, disinfected, and cut into quarters
1/2 cups white onion, cut into medium cubes
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 cups low-fat milk
1 tablespoon Maizena® cornstarch
1/4 cups water
1/8 bunches chives, finely chopped

In a saucepan with oil, sauté the onion until translucent. Add the asparagus and cook them lightly with the onion, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and blend perfectly with the milk and Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth. Strain and return to heat.
Dissolve the Maizena® Regular Cornstarch perfectly in the water and integrate it into the cream. Let it boil to thicken. Serve hot and garnish with finely chopped chives.
