1 tablespoon olive oil
1 shallot, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 Jalapeño chile, green, seeded, and chopped
1 teaspoon cumin
2 cups refried beans
2 cups water
1 cube chicken broth
lime juice, to taste
1 cup FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper

Heat a large pot over medium-high heat.
Add the oil and sweat the shallot for 1 minute.
Add the garlic, jalapeño, and cumin, and continue cooking for 1 minute.
Add the beans, chicken broth, and Greek Yoghurt FAGE Total 0% and reduce to a simmer.
Let simmer for 5 minutes and transfer the soup to a blender.
Blending in batches, puree the soup until smooth and return to a medium pot over medium heat.
Season the soup to taste with salt, pepper, and lime juice.
Serve and garnish with chopped cilantro.
