Bicolor Cream

Delicious corn cream, perfect for pampering your family. My mom used to make this recipe for me, but I made it easier since nowadays, there’s no time to cook. Delicious!

  • 1 can cream , Herdez® Corn
  • 2 green chiles
  • mozzarella cheese, to taste
  • 1 cup table cream
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

  • Preheat the pot with a tablespoon of butter.
  • Empty the contents of the Herdez corn cream can.
  • When it first boils, add the charred green chili and garnish with small strips.
  • Serve by adding the cheese cubes and decorate with sour cream.
