Broccoli Cream with Spinach

Delicious broccoli and spinach cream; it's a recipe I prepare when I have a lot of cream left over or it's on sale at the supermarket. It's super easy to cook and its flavor is spectacular, at least that's what my wife always tells me.

600 grams broccoli
1/2 onions
3 bunches spinach
4 cups sour cream
1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
90 grams cream cheese
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons butter

Boil the broccoli (the stem can also be eaten) after boiling, let it cool a bit
Chop the onion.
Wash and chop the spinach to make it easier to blend everything
If you use sour cream, you can dilute it with a bit of milk (the type of milk you prefer)
Blend the broccoli, spinach, onion, diluted cream or evaporated milk, and nutmeg, with a little salt
In a container, melt a bit of butter or oil (depending on what you like) and pour in the blended mixture and cream cheese.
Wait for it to come to a boil and serve
