4 potatoes, cooked and peeled
1 tablespoon butter
1 green onion
4 tablespoons chicken broth
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup water

Blend carrots and potatoes, sauté the onion in butter in the pot. Heat the puree.
Mix 1 cup of evaporated milk, water, and add half to the pot. Integrate.
Add the rest of the mixture according to the desired consistency.
