Carrot Cream with Cheese

  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 onions
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 10 grams fresh cilantro, for garnish

  • In a pot, cook the peeled carrots cut into slices.
  • Blend the carrots with the cheese, onion, garlic, salt, and chicken broth.
  • In another medium pot, add the butter and place the previous mixture to bring it to a boil over medium heat.
