1 pinch salt

2 tablespoons butter
1 clove garlic
10 grams fresh cilantro, for garnish

In a pot, cook the peeled carrots cut into slices.
Blend the carrots with the cheese, onion, garlic, salt, and chicken broth.
In another medium pot, add the butter and place the previous mixture to bring it to a boil over medium heat.
Serve the cream and garnish with cilantro sprigs.
