190 grams cream cheese
1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon
1 pinch salt
1/2 onions
2 tablespoons butter
1 clove garlic
10 grams fresh cilantro, to decorate

In a pot cook the peeled carrots and cut into slices.
Blend carrots with cheese, onion, garlic, salt and chicken broth.
In another medium pot add the butter and place the previous mixture to boil over medium heat.
Serve the cream and decorate with the sprigs of coriander.
