Ingredients

2 portions
  • 9 carrots
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 onions
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 10 grams fresh coriander, to decorate

Preparation

In a pot cook the peeled carrots and cut into slices.
Blend carrots with cheese, onion, garlic, salt and chicken broth.
In another medium pot add the butter and place the previous mixture to boil over medium heat.

Yo le agregué una lata de leche evaporada de 360ml y quedó muy bien. Creo que faltó poner eso en los ingredientes. Excelente idea como alternativa a la de harina.
