Carrot Cream with Granola

  • 1/2 cups Kellogg’S® coconut, raisins and honey granola
  • 1 1/2 cups carrot
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken bullion
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

  • Add a little oil to a baking tray and place the cubed carrot together with the onion and garlic.
  • Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
  • Place the carrot, garlic, and onion in a blender and add the chicken broth and Kellogg’s® Granola Coconut, raisins, and honey. Blend until everything is well integrated.
  • Pour the mixture into a pot and add coconut milk, ground ginger, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Let it simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Serve hot.
