1/2 cups Kellogg’S® coconut, raisins and honey granola
1 1/2 cups carrot
1 tablespoon garlic
1/2 onions
1 cup coconut milk
1 1/2 cups chicken bullion
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon ground ginger
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Add a little oil to a baking tray and place the cubed carrot together with the onion and garlic.
Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Place the carrot, garlic, and onion in a blender and add the chicken broth and Kellogg’s® Granola Coconut, raisins, and honey. Blend until everything is well integrated.
Pour the mixture into a pot and add coconut milk, ground ginger, and season with salt and pepper.
Let it simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Serve hot.
