Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup of Granola Kellogg's® Coconut, raisins and honey
  • 1 1/2 cups of carrots
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic
  • 1/2 piece of onion
  • 1 Cup of coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 cups of chicken consommé
  • 2 spoonfuls of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoonful of Ground ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

    Preparation

    Add a little oil to a baking tray and place the carrot in cubes together with the onion and garlic.
    Bake at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
    Place the carrot, garlic and onion in a blender glass and add chicken broth and Kellogg's® Granola Coconut, raisins and honey. Blend until everything is well integrated.
    Empty the mixture in a pot and add the coconut milk, the powdered ginger and season with salt and pepper.
    Leave on medium heat for around 15 minutes. Serves hot

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany with a slice of toast and butter.

    TIPS

    You can replace the ginger powder with fresh ginger.
