On a board, place the country bread and use a bread knife to cut the top, hollow it out with your hand and set aside.
Heat a small pot over medium heat with the butter, cook the onion and garlic until shiny and translucent, add the leek, rosemary, and walnut, fill with white wine, milk, chicken broth, evaporated milk, and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the cheeses to melt, remove the rosemary, and season to taste. Chill slightly.
Blend the previous mixture until smooth.
Heat a small pot over medium heat and cook the previous mixture for 10 minutes, adjust seasoning.
Serve the cream in the bread and decorate with a little fresh rosemary and dried cranberries.
