2 cups Manchego cheese, grated
1 clove garlic
1 can evaporated milk
1 tablespoon vinegar

Put the onion, garlic, tomato, and broth in a pot and cook.
Separately, place the strips with water and a tablespoon of vinegar until cooked.
Blend the tomato mixture.
In a pot, add the oil, then the strips and the tomato mixture. Add the milk and finally the cheese. Stir and cover.
