Put the onion, garlic, tomato, consommé in a pot and cook.
Besides, put the slices with water and a tablespoon of vinegar until they are cooked.
Grind the tomato mixture.
Put the oil in a pot, add the slices and the tomato mixture. Add the milk and finally the cheese. Stir and cover.
