  • 1 cup Poblano pepper Strips (Rajas)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cups manchego cheese, grated
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • chicken bouillon
  • black pepper

Preparation

Put the onion, garlic, tomato, consommé in a pot and cook.
