1 cup Knorr® my recipes baked garlic and onion, to prepare 3 cups of chicken breast, cut into cubes
2 teaspoons unsalted margarine
3 cups cow's milk
5 1/2 cups potato, cooked in cubes
1/2 cups green onion, the tops
1 pinch nutmeg
1 pinch white pepper
1/2 teaspoons Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
Preparation

Blend the potato, pepper, and nutmeg with the milk until the mixture is smooth.
In a pot, melt the unsalted margarine and add the previous mixture with the chicken cubes.
Let simmer for 15 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
Add the green onion tops and the chicken broth, cooking for 2 more minutes. Serve.
