Chicken and Vegetable Cream

  • 1 cup Knorr® my recipes baked garlic and onion, to prepare 3 cups of chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 2 teaspoons unsalted margarine
  • 3 cups cow's milk
  • 5 1/2 cups potato, cooked in cubes
  • 1/2 cups green onion, the tops
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 pinch white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon

  • Blend the potato, pepper, and nutmeg with the milk until the mixture is smooth.
  • In a pot, melt the unsalted margarine and add the previous mixture with the chicken cubes.
  • Let simmer for 15 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
  • Add the green onion tops and the chicken broth, cooking for 2 more minutes. Serve.
