Christmas Walnut Cream

A cream to start the Christmas morning well, it can also be very useful on other occasions when you need it or to make you the queen of the kitchen, it is recommended.

  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 3 cups cow's milk
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 250 grams nut
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/8 teaspoons pepper

  • Melt the butter in the pan, add the flour, and cook on low heat until it acquires a slightly golden color, then gradually add half of the cold milk.
  • Blend the walnuts with the chicken broth and the rest of the milk.
  • Pour the mixture into the frying pan and cook on low heat, mixing well with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
