1 1/2 onions, chopped
700 grams potato, peeled and diced
150 grams clams
1/4 cups cow's milk
1/2 cups bottled clam juice
1 teaspoon dried thyme
salt
pepper
1 celery, diced
3 tablespoons flour
4 cups fish broth, hot
1/4 cups sour cream
paprika

Melt the butter in a pot, add the onion and celery; sauté.
Add the flour, mix well, and continue stirring to cook the flour.
Pour in the fish stock and clam juice, and season to taste with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
Add the potatoes and let them cook until tender (about 25 min).
Add the milk, cream, and clams.
Cook for 5 more minutes but do not let it boil.
