Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 onions, minced
  • 700 grams potato, peeled in squares
  • 150 grams clam
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cups bottled clam juice
  • 1 teaspoon dry thyme
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 celery, cut into cubes
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 4 cups fish soup, hot
  • 1/4 cups cream
  • paprikas

Preparation

Melt the butter in a wave, add the onion and celery; fry
Add the flour, add well and continue mixing so that the flour is cooked.
Pour the fish broth and the clam juice and season to taste with salt, pepper, thyme and paprika.
Add the potatoes and leave until they are cooked (25 min approx).
Add milk, cream and clams.
Cook for 5 more minutes but do not let it boil.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with a clam in its shell.
