Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 1 1/2 onions minced
  • 700 grams of potato peeled in squares
  • 150 grams of clam
  • 1/4 of Cup of milk
  • 1/2 Cup of bottled clam juice
  • 1 teaspoonful of dry thyme
  • Salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 celery cut into cubes
  • 3 spoonfuls of flour
  • 4 cups of fish soup hot
  • 1/4 of Cup of cream
  • paprikas

    Preparation

    Melt the butter in a wave, add the onion and celery; fry
    Add the flour, add well and continue mixing so that the flour is cooked.
    Pour the fish broth and the clam juice and season to taste with salt, pepper, thyme and paprika.
    Add the potatoes and leave until they are cooked (25 min approx).
    Add milk, cream and clams.
    Cook for 5 more minutes but do not let it boil.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate with a clam in its shell.

    Muy rica! Fácil de hacer, no queda tan espesa como las que he probado, pero el sabor es riquísimo. Sin duda la volveré a preparar
