corn cream with love from home

One day I craved a cream, but as we know, it's always the same recipe, so I thought of adding bacon and cream cheese, and it turned out with love from home. It's delicious!

  • 2 cans sour cream, Herdez® corn
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 200 grams bacon
  • 2 sprigs fresh cilantro
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 cups water
  • croutons, to taste
  • sour cream, to taste

  • Chop bacon into small cubes, place in a skillet, and brown.
  • In the blender, place the cream cheese, evaporated milk, cilantro, and blend.
  • In another bowl, place the corn cream and stir, adding water; the portion of water is equal to that of the can. Once well mixed, add the mixture from the blender, ensuring everything is well combined.
  • Wait for it to boil, stirring continuously to prevent it from sticking or burning.
