Cream of Asparagus, Goat Cheese and Fried Pine Nuts

  • 1 can asparagus cream, Campbells® (430 g)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1 package goat cheese, (140 g)
  • 120 grams pine nuts, fried
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

  • Pour the Campbells® asparagus cream in a small pot and heat over medium heat. Add water, milk and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Form 4 balls of cheese, cover with pine nuts and parsley.
  • Place one cheese ball per plate and serve hot asparagus cream.
