Cream of Tomato and Bell Pepper

  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 400 grams tomato, chopped
  • 40 grams butter
  • 250 milliliters chicken broth
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
  • salt, and pepper

  • In the pot where the soup will be cooked, sauté the onion, add the garlic, bell peppers, and tomatoes.
  • Add the chicken broth and let it cook for 15 minutes.
  • In the blender, add the soup, milk, and FAGE Total 0% Greek Yogurt. Blend and return to the pot.
  • Add parsley, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
  • For decoration, you can garnish with a bit of FAGE Total 0% Greek Yogurt.
