40 grams butter
250 milliliters chicken broth
1/2 cups cow's milk
2 cloves garlic
1/4 onions, finely chopped
2 teaspoons parsley, chopped
1 cup FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt

In the pot where the soup will be cooked, sauté the onion, add the garlic, bell peppers, and tomatoes.
Add the chicken broth and let it cook for 15 minutes.
In the blender, add the soup, milk, and FAGE Total 0% Greek Yogurt. Blend and return to the pot.
Add parsley, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
For decoration, you can garnish with a bit of FAGE Total 0% Greek Yogurt.
