1 can sour cream, Herdez® corn cream
4 pumpkins
1 bunch zucchini blossoms
1/4 onions
1/2 teaspoons garlic
1/2 liters cow's milk
50 grams chapulines
2 tablespoons lard
salt, to taste
croutons, to taste

Chop zucchini, zucchini flowers, and onion; these are partially cooked.
Once cooked, add the garlic and blend until you have a uniform mixture.
In a saucepan, heat the lard, then pour in the blended mixture and add the Herdez corn cream.
Blend the milk with the grasshoppers, strain, and add to our boiling cream.
