Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 can cream, of elote Herdez®
  • 4 pumpkins
  • 1 bunch squash blossom
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic
  • 1/2 liters milk
  • 50 grams grasshoppers
  • 2 tablespoons lard
  • salt, to taste
  • croutons, to taste

Preparation

Zucchini, pumpkin flowers and onion are minced, these are half cooked.
Once cooked, add the garlic and blend until smooth.
In a saucepan, heat the butter to pour the liquefied mixture and add the HERDEZ corn cream.
Blend the milk with the grasshoppers and strain and add to our cream that we have boiling.
