250 grams button mushrooms
250 grams portobello mushroom
1/2 onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
500 milliliters chicken broth
1/4 liters sour cream
2 slices bacon, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine
1 pinch salt
4 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Clean the mushrooms and slice them, heat the olive oil and fry the onion and garlic.
Once fried add the bacon and sauté until golden brown.
Put the mushrooms already sliced and fry until they release their liquid.
Blend everything with the broth and cream until there is a uniform mixture.
Return to the pan and heat over low heat for 10 minutes until it boils, season with salt and pepper to taste. Then put the white wine.
Turn off the fire and serve.
