250 grams button mushrooms
250 grams portobello mushroom
1/2 onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
500 milliliters chicken broth
1/4 liters cream
2 slices bacon, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine
1 pinch salt
4 tablespoons parsley , chopped

Clean the mushrooms and slice them, heat the olive oil and fry the onion and garlic.
Once sautéed, add the bacon and fry until slightly browned.
Put the sliced mushrooms and fry until they release their liquid.
Blend everything with the broth and cream until it becomes a uniform mixture.
Return to the pot and simmer for 10 minutes until it boils, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Then add the white wine.
Turn off the heat and serve.
