Creamy Mushroom Soup

  • 250 grams button mushrooms
  • 250 grams portobello mushroom
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 500 milliliters chicken broth
  • 1/4 liters cream
  • 2 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 tablespoons parsley , chopped

  • Clean the mushrooms and slice them, heat the olive oil and fry the onion and garlic.
  • Once sautéed, add the bacon and fry until slightly browned.
  • Put the sliced mushrooms and fry until they release their liquid.
  • Blend everything with the broth and cream until it becomes a uniform mixture.
  • Return to the pot and simmer for 10 minutes until it boils, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Then add the white wine.
  • Turn off the heat and serve.
