Delicious Mushroom Cream with Bacon

This recipe came to mind because my son doesn't like mushrooms and my husband doesn't like creams, so I thought of it because almost everyone likes bacon, and they both loved this cream and even asked for seconds.

  • 1 can cream of mushroom, Herdez
  • 1/2 cans button mushrooms, Herdez
  • 1/2 onions
  • 120 grams bacon
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cans cow's milk
  • 1/2 cans water
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 sprig parsley

  • Chop onion, garlic, bacon, and mushrooms into medium pieces.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, put the oil and butter, add the onion and fry until slightly golden, add the garlic and lightly fry.
  • Add the bacon, fry until golden, set aside two tablespoons for decoration.
  • Add the mushrooms and stir.
  • Add the measured can of cream, stir until all liquids are well mixed, let it come to a boil, stirring constantly. Once it boils, turn off the heat.
  • Garnish with parsley.
