Easy and Light Spinach Cream

Super easy and quick way to prepare a delicious spinach cream. Ideal for those days when you come running and need to make something fast, tasty, and nutritious.

  • 1 onion
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 5 cups water, or chicken broth
  • 1 Philadelphia® cream cheese, small
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

  • In a pan, sauté the onion with the butter.
  • Add the washed and disinfected spinach until it changes to a dark green color.
  • Blend the spinach with the water or chicken broth and a small Philadelphia cheese.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Adjust seasoning.
