Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 5 cups Water, or chicken broth
  • 1 Philadelphia® cream cheese, small
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

In a skillet, sauté the onion with the butter.
Add the spinach washed cleaned until they change color to dark green.
Blend spinach with water or chicken broth and a small philadelphia cheese.
Bring to boil on low heat for 5 minutes.
Season to taste

PRESENTATION

It can be served with croutons or sesame seeds and a few spinach leaves to decorate.

TIPS

In case of using water, it can be seasoned with powdered chicken broth.
