This broccoli cream with croutons is very easy, quick, and full of flavor, as it is made from a sauté of leek, celery, and broccoli. The best part is that you can blend it in the same pot and achieve a smooth and delicious cream.
Heat a pan over medium heat with the butter, cook the garlic, onion, leek, celery, and broccoli for 5 minutes until they are bright, add the chicken broth and milk, season to taste with salt and pepper.
