This spinach cream recipe is a basic, classic, easy-to-make, and very nutritious preparation. Additionally, you only need a few ingredients and utensils that you likely already have at home.
Heat the butter in a pot over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic for 3 minutes, until completely translucent. Then, add Eva® Hydroponic Spinach and sauté for a few more minutes. Add the milk and cream, wait for it to boil, then season with salt and pepper and remove from heat.
Blend the above for 3 minutes and return to the pot to heat the cream again. Strain if necessary and season again if needed.
Serve the spinach cream and garnish with crumbled cheese and Eva® Hydroponic Spinach.
