Green cream

This is a very healthy yet tasty recipe that helps create a great home atmosphere. You can make it any day to pamper yourself and your family since it is quick and easy to cook.

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 zucchinis
  • 4 scallions
  • 250 grams peas
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 cups chicken bullion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 sprig mint leaf

  • Chop the spring onion with the stems, remember we want the green color and the flavor of the onion, pumpkin, and garlic cloves.
  • Heat your pot and add 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 of oil. Once the butter and oil are well combined, add the pumpkin and onion.
  • Cook the pumpkin and onion for 5 minutes, then add the peas with the garlic and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Add the 2 cups of chicken broth, the mint, and let it boil for 5 to 10 minutes. Set aside and let cool a bit.
  • Once the temperature is safe, blend everything well and pour it back into the pot. Cook for another 10 minutes, adding the cream gradually until well mixed.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
