Green cream

It is a very healthy recipe but at the same time very rich, it helps to have a great home atmosphere, you can do it any day to indulge yourself and your family since it is very quick and easy to cook.

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 pumpkins
  • 4 green onions
  • 250 grams peas
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups chicken bullion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 sprig spearmint

  • Cut the onion with everything and the stems, remember that we want a green color and the taste of onion, pumpkin and garlic cloves.
  • Heat your pot and place 2 tablespoons butter and 1 oil, since the butter and oil have been mixed well add the pumpkin and onion.
  • Cook the squash and onions for 5 minutes, add the peas with the garlic and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes more.
  • Add the 2 cups of chicken broth, the mint and let it boil for 5 to 10 minutes. Reserve and let cool a little.
  • Since it is safe the temperature to liquefy everything well and to empty everything in the pot. Cook another 10 minutes adding the cream little by little until it is well mixed.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
