It is a very healthy recipe but at the same time very rich, it helps to have a great home atmosphere, you can do it any day to indulge yourself and your family since it is very quick and easy to cook.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 pieces of pumpkin
  • 4 pieces of cambray onion
  • 250 grams of pea
  • 1 Cup of cream
  • 2 cups of chicken consommé
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 3 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 1 twig of peppermint

    Preparation

    Cut the onion with everything and the stems, remember that we want a green color and the taste of onion, pumpkin and garlic cloves.
    Heat your pot and place 2 tablespoons butter and 1 oil, since the butter and oil have been mixed well add the pumpkin and onion.
    Cook the squash and onions for 5 minutes, add the peas with the garlic and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes more.
    Add the 2 cups of chicken broth, the mint and let it boil for 5 to 10 minutes. Reserve and let cool a little.
