2 zucchinis
1 chayote
1 potato
2 sprigs celery
1 bunch spinach
1 bunch chard
2 carrots
1 bunch broccoli
1 piece onion
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 cups cow's milk
salt , to taste
Preparation

Low
Cook all the vegetables in 1 liter of water and salt to taste.
Once cooked, blend all the ingredients.
Put the butter in a deep saucepan and once melted, add the blended vegetables.
Pour in the milk and let it boil for 10 minutes.
Ready, we can serve.
