Green Vegetable Cream

  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 chayote
  • 1 potato
  • 2 sprigs celery
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 1 bunch chard
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 piece onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • salt , to taste

  • Cook all the vegetables in 1 liter of water and salt to taste.
  • Once cooked, blend all the ingredients.
  • Put the butter in a deep saucepan and once melted, add the blended vegetables.
  • Pour in the milk and let it boil for 10 minutes.
  • Ready, we can serve.
