Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 pumpkins
  • 1 chayote squash
  • 1 potato
  • 2 branches celery
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 1 bunch chard
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 bouquet broccoli
  • 1 piece onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

All the vegetables are cooked in 1 liter of water and salt to taste.
Once cooked, all the ingredients are liquefied.
Put the butter in a deep saucepan and, once melted, empty the already liquefied vegetables.
Empty the milk and let it boil for 10 min
ready, we can serve

PRESENTATION
