This is a very easy recipe to prepare made with zucchini flowers, corn cream, and a touch of grasshoppers. A delight!

1 can cream of sweet corn, Herdez
4 zucchinis
1 bunch zucchini blossoms
1/4 onions
1/2 teaspoons garlic
1/2 cow's milk
50 grams chapulines
2 tablespoons lard
1 pinch salt
1 cup bread, cut into cubes and browned

Chop zucchini, zucchini flowers, and onion, and cook for 5 minutes.
Once cooked, add the garlic and blend until you have a uniform mixture.
In a saucepan, heat the lard, pour in the blended mixture, and add the Herdez corn cream.
Blend the milk with the grasshoppers, strain, and add to our cream that is boiling.
