Mexican Flavor Cream

This is a very easy recipe to prepare made with zucchini flowers, corn cream, and a touch of grasshoppers. A delight!

  • 1 can cream of sweet corn, Herdez
  • 4 zucchinis 4 zucchinis
  • 1 bunch zucchini blossoms
  • 1/4 onions 1/4 onions
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic 1/2 teaspoons garlic

  • 50 grams chapulines
  • 2 tablespoons lard 2 tablespoons lard

  • Chop zucchini, zucchini flowers, and onion, and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Once cooked, add the garlic and blend until you have a uniform mixture.
  • In a saucepan, heat the lard, pour in the blended mixture, and add the Herdez corn cream.
  • Blend the milk with the grasshoppers, strain, and add to our cream that is boiling.
