1/2 cups leek, washed and finely chopped
4 slices serrano ham
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 can cream of mushroom, Campbells® (430 g)
1 cup water
1 cup cow's milk
4 teaspoons sour cream

Heat the butter, add the leek, pepper, and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add the Campbells® mushroom cream, water, and milk; mix and heat for 5 more minutes, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
Serve in a deep plate, garnish with the serrano ham and sour cream.
