2 zucchinis
1 potato, medium
1 tomato
1 clove garlic
1/4 onions
1 can sour cream, of Herdez® Mushrooms
Preparation

Low
Cook the zucchini, potato, tomato, garlic clove, and onion in a small amount of water.
Once cooked, blend with the mushroom cream.
Return to the pot, add the broth, and adjust seasoning. Let it boil.
Serve immediately.
