Mushroom, zucchini, and potato cream

Delicious and nutritious cream with vegetables that I assure you will be liked by you and your family. It's a very simple and tasty preparation that I always cook on weekends.

  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 potato, medium
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 can sour cream, of Herdez® Mushrooms

  • Cook the zucchini, potato, tomato, garlic clove, and onion in a small amount of water.
  • Once cooked, blend with the mushroom cream.
  • Return to the pot, add the broth, and adjust seasoning. Let it boil.
  • Serve immediately.
