In a saucepan, heat two tablespoons of butter over medium heat, add the onion, celery, peas, and cook for 3 minutes. Pour in the chicken broth and cook until it reaches a boil, then let it cool.
Pour the previous mixture into the blender, add the pistachios, and the whipping cream, and the camembert cheese. Blend until you obtain a smooth and creamy consistency.
In a saucepan over low heat, add the two tablespoons of butter and pour in the cream, cook for 3 minutes, season with salt and pepper, add the white wine, and cook for 2 more minutes.
Serve hot and garnish with chopped pistachios.
