This delicious portobello and almond cream will delight you; it’s perfect to serve as a starter for that special dinner. It is easy to prepare and has a lot of flavor, as the mushrooms and almonds complement each other perfectly.
In a saucepan over medium heat, add two tablespoons of butter, the onion, the garlic, the portobello mushrooms, and add the chicken broth and let it cool.
In a blender, pour the previous mixture, add the cream, the almonds, and season with salt and pepper; blend until you have a smooth and creamy mixture.
In a saucepan, heat the 2 tablespoons of butter and pour in the cream, cook for 5 minutes, and add the white wine; cook for 3 more minutes.
Serve the cream and garnish with almonds and portobello mushrooms.
