Potato and Broccoli Cream

  • 1 cube granulated chicken bouillon
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup cow's milk

  • Heat the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the potatoes and broccoli and sauté for several minutes. Cover with water and cook until they have softened.
  • Grind the vegetables with part of the cooking water; return them to the saucepan, add the chicken consommé, the evaporated milk and the regular milk. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until everything has warmed up.
