Potato and Broccoli Cream

  • Heat the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the potato and broccoli and sauté for several minutes. Cover with water and cook until softened.
  • Blend the vegetables with part of the cooking water; return them to the pot, add the chicken broth, evaporated milk, and regular milk. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until everything is heated through.
