Potato and Broccoli Cream

Broccoli cream with a touch of potato. A rich recipe to start the meal; It is easy to make and tastes great. Prepare it and share with everyone at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of potato peeled into pieces
  • 1 piece of broccoli in Little pieces
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 1 Cube of chicken bouillon powder
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • to taste of salt and pepper

    Preparation

    Heat the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the potatoes and broccoli and sauté for several minutes. Cover with water and cook until they have softened.
    Grind the vegetables with part of the cooking water; return them to the saucepan, add the chicken consommé, the evaporated milk and the regular milk. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until everything has warmed up.
