1 potato, Cooked
1/2 cups rice, previously cooked
1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon
water
salt
1/2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon butter
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon rosemary

Pour the oil in a pot and when it is hot add the
chopped garlic
, until it is golden brown.
Blend the potato with a little water, chicken consommé powder, salt, rosemary and pour it into the pot.
Add the previously cooked rice and when it starts to boil, remove it from the heat.
