Potato Cream with Rosemary and Rice

  • 1 potato, cooked
  • 1/2 cups rice, previously cooked
  • 1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon
  • water
  • salt
  • 1/2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary

  • Pour the oil into a pot and when it heats up, add the chopped garlic until it is golden.
  • Blend the potato with a little water, chicken broth powder, salt, rosemary, and pour it into the pot.
  • Add the previously cooked rice and when it starts to boil, remove from heat.
