It is a very easy recipe and is ideal to share with the family, this cream of potato, with rosemary and rice is exquisite and full of flavor.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 potato, Cooked
  • 1/2 cups rice, previously cooked
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • to taste Water
  • to taste salt
  • 1/2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary

Preparation

Pour the oil in a pot and when it is hot add the chopped garlic , until it is golden brown.
Blend the potato with a little water, chicken consommé powder, salt, rosemary and pour it into the pot.
Add the previously cooked rice and when it starts to boil, remove it from the heat.

PRESENTATION

Add croutons when serving.
