  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup evaporated milk

  • In a skillet over medium heat, roast the peppers until they change color. Then place them in a plastic bag and let them sweat for 15 minutes.
  • With the help of a knife, remove the skin and seeds from the peppers.
  • Blend the peppers together with the onion, garlic, evaporated milk, shrimp broth, and shrimp, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • In a small pot over medium heat, melt the butter and using a strainer, pour in the cream; season with marjoram and cook, stirring constantly, for 15 minutes, or until it reaches a smooth and silky consistency.
