Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shrimp broth
  • 1 cup shrimp
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cups white wine
  • fresh marjoram
  • fruit skewer, shrimp to decorate
  • leaves fresh marjoram, to decorate

Preparation

On a comal over medium heat, roast the peppers until they change color. Then put them in a plastic bag and let them sweat for 15 minutes.
With the help of a knife, remove the skin and the seeds of the peppers.
Blend the peppers together with the onion, garlic, evaporated milk, shrimp broth and shrimp, season with salt and pepper.
In a pot over medium heat, melt the butter and with the help of a strainer, pour the cream; season with marjoram and cook without stopping stirring for 15 minutes, or until it takes on a smooth and smooth consistency.
Serve hot, accompanied by a shrimp skewer with peppers and rustic bread.
