Slice the onion, chop the garlic, and sauté them in butter until they become transparent.
Add the chopped spinach until it softens. It will turn dark green.
Blend the previous mixture and add evaporated milk and Knorr Swiss.
In a separate pan, fry the bacon in the pot where you will boil the cream; when it is crispy, remove it from the heat and drain it. You can place it on a paper towel to absorb the grease.
In the fat released by the bacon, pour in the cream and adjust the salt; let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve and garnish with the fried bacon.
