Spinach Cream with Bacon

Delicious and healthy cream that no one will resist trying, the spinach cream with bacon you prepared for the meal.

  • 2 bunches spinach, washed and disinfected
  • 4 slices bacon, finely chopped
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1/8 onions
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • granulated chicken bouillon
  • 1 clove garlic

  • Slice the onion, chop the garlic, and sauté them in butter until they become transparent.
  • Add the chopped spinach until it softens. It will turn dark green.
  • Blend the previous mixture and add evaporated milk and Knorr Swiss.
  • In a separate pan, fry the bacon in the pot where you will boil the cream; when it is crispy, remove it from the heat and drain it. You can place it on a paper towel to absorb the grease.
  • In the fat released by the bacon, pour in the cream and adjust the salt; let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Serve and garnish with the fried bacon.
