Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 clusters spinach, washed and disinfected
  • 4 slices bacon, finely chopped
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1/8 onions
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Swiss Knorr
  • 1 clove garlic

Preparation

File the onion, chop the garlic and fry them in the butter until it becomes transparent.
Add the chopped spinach until tender. They will turn dark green.
Blend the previous mixture and add the evaporated milk and the Swiss knorr.
Apart, fry the bacon in the pot where you will boil the cream, when it is crispy remove it from the fire and drain it. You can put it on a paper napkin to remove the grease.
In the fat that left the bacon, empty the cream and rectify the salt, let it boil for 10 or 15 minutes.
Serve and decorate with the fried bacon .
